Tuna, Broccoli, and pasta bake.

You require.

2Tbs Olive Oil

Enough pasta shapes to fill you up. Fusilli or Conche are best.

A large packet of salted crisps (potato chips).

About 200grm of Tuna fish (fresh or tinned) If fresh lightly cook first.

500 grams broccoli

1 onion.

2 tbs. tomato puree

1pint milk

1 tbs. cornflour

250 grams cheese, good cheddar is best.

Mixed Italian herbs or Oregano, about 1 tbs.

Cook the pasta shapes. Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta, and bring back to boil, and boil vigorously for 6min, stirring occasionally. After 6 mins turn off the heat, cover and allow to stand for a further 5 mins.

Cut the broccoli up into small pieces, about 1inch and Pre-cook in the microwave. Place in dish add small amount of water and salt, cover place in Micro for 2 mins.

Chop the onion finely.

Heat the oil in wok (large pan) add onions and fry till softened.

Add the Tomato puree and the herbs, add a little water or white wine if necessary.

Pour in the milk keeping about half a cup back.

Add the Cornflour to the remaining milk and mix thoroughly.

Bring the mixture in the wok to the boil slowly, and then add the milk/cornflour mix. The sauce should start to thicken, add more milk/cornflour if necessary.

Place the pasta, tuna (Fairly well broken up) and broccoli into a large Pyrex (or equiv.) bowl.

Pour sauce over and mix in.

Grate the cheese, crush the crisps, and mix together. Place this mixture on top of the pasta, and spread over evenly.

Place the bowl under a medium grill, and grill until the cheese melts and the crisps brown lightly.

Serve and eat.
